My passion in the health & fitness industry is not to just help you sweat in your workout or get to your physique goal, but to truly help you step into the strongest, boldest, most authentic version of yourself (I believe all of your goals and dreams will come through that process). This starts with helping you move your body & continues with helping you fuel your body right & take control of your mindset.

We all need more than motivation to consistently show up for our goals… we need discipline. That’s where encouragement, guidance, & accountability from a coach or trainer comes in handy.

After growing up as a competitive athlete & going on to play D1 Softball, my career was cut short due to an unexplained elbow injury. That life altering experience created a burning passion to help athletes prevent injury & create the strongest mind & body possible. I went on to get my CPT, Performance Enhancement Specialization, & Corrective Exercise Specialization, through NASM. I also went back to school to become an Integrative Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

For the past 5 years I have been putting my education into action and working with clients of every demographic. I am dedicated to helping each client train in a way that lowers chance of injury and puts their body in a position to perform at its best each day (whether that means keeping up with your kids or reaching peak performance as a competitive athlete). If you have a specific health and fitness goal that you want to target or if you are just getting (back) into fitness, personal training is a great option! The 1 on 1 guidance and mentorship ensures that you are progressing in a way that’s best for your body and your goals! Having a progressive fitness routine and macro breakdown customized to your goals will allow you to take the overwhelm and guesswork out of the equation! I offer 1:1 & 2:1 (buddy) training packages. Group Fitness Classes

I teach adult group fitness classes at Ground 5 Fitness in Puyallup, WA. If you are looking for the group class environment this option is for you! I teach all styles of fitness to ensure that your body gets stronger in every way & your mind continues to stay engaged & excited through each class. You can stop by for a free class before enrolling in our monthly membership! Submit a client inquiry below to get the facility address and choose a class to come to!

Online Coaching

Written Training & Nutrition

If you aren’t able to make it into our facility to train with me in person, but still want 1 on 1 guidance & monitoring, I do offer written training &/or nutrition! Maybe you’ve been working out on your own for years but you’re ready to level up and target a specific goal…. written training & nutrition would be the perfect way to take the guesswork out of it & have the 1 on 1 monitoring to set you up for success! Maybe you have a great fitness routine, but you aren’t feeling your healthiest or seeing the changes you want to see… written nutrition would be a great avenue for you!

**workouts will be programmed based on your equipment (at home, gym, outdoor, travel workouts, etc).

Metabolic Health Course

On my own health journey I have faced unexplained food sensitivities, endometriosis, difficulty maintaining weight even as a competitive athlete, chronic stress and anxiety, hypothyroidism, and infertility. The only solutions I was offered were cutting out food groups, getting on birth control, eating in a deficit, and getting on medication. As I furthered my education, did my own research, and stepped into my career I discovered that each one of those things were contributing to the problems instead of solving them. After years of simple lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness adjustments, I no longer have the food sensitivities or gut issues that used to make everyday feel like an uphill battle and social outings feel exhausting… I now have a regular, pain-free menstrual cycle… I have reached the point of healing in my body where I can effortlessly maintain a healthy weight/body composition without excessive focus on calories in vs calories out… I have successfully conceived for the first time and had the most amazing experience during pregnancy, and I can manage my stress and live anxiety-free, no medication needed. This propelled me into my work in women’s health & got me started with my metabolic health group coaching programs. I was absolutely blown away by the feedback I was getting and decided to build a self-paced course with even more resources and accessibility at a lower cost.
